AI Agents for business. Less manual work, more time — deployed safely.
We connect your systems (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets) into AI agents that lift repetitive tasks from your team. Audit-first, you stay in control, EU AI Act compliant — automation that doesn't create chaos or risk.

We integrate with your existing tools
Why now
Your people are already using AI. The question is whether it's under control.
AI is already inside your company — just unsupervised
A significant share of employees use AI tools without company approval. Data flows into random chatbots, and nobody knows which processes already depend on them. That's a risk — but also a clear signal: the need is real.
Transparency obligations take effect 2 August 2026
Labelling AI-generated content, disclosing chatbots and deepfakes. This isn't "someday" — it's a fixed date. Getting this in order now is cheaper and calmer than rushing at the last minute.
EU AI Act Article 50 — transparency obligations
2 August 2026
~45
dni do wejścia obowiązków
No scaremongering: the maximum penalties (7%) apply to prohibited practices, not transparency obligations. This is about order and competitive advantage, not panic.
AI Agents
Two agents, one goal: give your time back.
The company agent knows your business data. The personal agent knows your style. Together they take routine off the team and shorten the path to information.
Company Agent
One entry point instead of ten open tabs. Connects your systems and answers questions in natural language — based on your data, not guesswork.
- Knows company data and connects CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, databases
- Answers team questions in natural language
- Restricted mode (read-only wherever possible)
- Access scope defined during the audit
Personal Agent
An assistant that learns your style and context. It writes emails, summaries, and analyses the way you do — and coordinates with the company agent.
- Learns your writing style and preferences
- Prepares emails, analyses, meeting summaries
- Connects to the company agent and your own tools
- You stay in the loop — you approve every output
Services
From discovery to a working system.
You can take a single step or the full path. We always start with discovery and an audit — so we're not deploying AI on a hunch.
AI Readiness & Process Audit
I map your processes as-is, identify bottlenecks, Shadow AI, and what needs to be done for the EU AI Act. Output: a prioritised report and implementation roadmap.
Dowiedz się więcejProcess Design & Optimisation
Before I automate anything, I simplify it first. I cut unnecessary steps and sort the logic. Automating a mess just gives you a faster mess.
Process Workshop
Recurring sessions with your team (online or on-site). Together we map processes and decide what to automate first.
Automations (n8n)
I eliminate manual copy-pasting. Emails, invoices, reports, CRM — they start running themselves, with a human at every decision point.
AI Assistant / RAG Chatbot
An assistant that answers based on your documents — not hallucinations. Internal helpdesk or customer support that actually knows your procedures.
Reports & KPI Dashboards
Automatic data collection and reports instead of manual spreadsheets. Live dashboards with the key metrics your leadership actually needs.
Tool Integrations
I connect the systems you already use (CRM, ERP, Slack, spreadsheets, email) — so data flows on its own, without copy-paste.
Maintenance & Growth
Ongoing maintenance, testing, and development of deployed systems. AI is a process, not a one-off project — I make sure it keeps working.
AI Hyperautomation
Automations, integrations, and AI agents combined into one orchestrated system — for companies that want to automate at scale, not one task at a time.
Dowiedz się więcejAI Hyperautomation
Your whole company running as one system.
A single automation removes one task. Hyperautomation connects automations, integrations, AI agents, and process discovery into one orchestrated organism — one that continuously finds where you're still losing time. Always with a human at every decision point.
What it actually is
Ordinary automation is one bot doing one thing. Hyperautomation (Gartner's #1 trend for ~90% of large enterprises in 2026) is a disciplined approach: systematically finding processes to automate, connecting them across departments and systems (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, email), and adding an AI decision layer with agents — then measuring the result. Not shortcuts, but a coherent strategy for automating the whole organisation.
From a single automation to hyperautomation
- 01
Task
One bot does one thing — e.g. enters an invoice into the system. Faster, but still isolated.
- 02
Process
Connected steps run end-to-end — from a document arriving to it being logged and the right person notified.
- 03
Orchestration
Processes across departments and systems work together; data flows on its own, decisions reach the right people.
- 04
Hyperautomation
AI agents and process discovery continuously identify the next things to improve. The company scales without proportional growth in admin headcount.
Who it's for
Companies with many systems
You have CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, email — and people who spend entire days copying data between them. The more manual bridges, the bigger the gain from orchestration.
Repetitive processes across multiple departments
Finance, HR, support, logistics — the same patterns repeated hundreds of times a month. Hyperautomation removes them all at once, not one by one.
Companies scaling without growing headcount
Orders are growing, but you don't want to inflate your admin team. AI and automations handle the routine — people do what only people can do.

Pricing
Always priced individually.
Hyperautomation isn't an off-the-shelf package — scope and cost depend on the number of processes, systems, and the scale of savings. We price it after a free audit, in phases, with a measurable result at every step. Possible qualification for EU funding — I check this during the audit.
Methodology
A process like an operation: reconnaissance, plan, execution.
We don't deploy everything at once. One key area, one measurable result, then the next.

Discovery
free · 30 min
A short conversation. I listen to where you're losing time and what concerns you about AI. You leave with an initial assessment — no commitment.
- 02
Audit & Mapping
report + priorities
I go deep into your processes, map the as-is state, and identify losses, risks, and EU AI Act compliance gaps. You get a report: what, in what order, and why.
- 03
Elimination & Optimisation
order before automation
I cut unnecessary steps and simplify the process before automating anything. This is where most of the savings actually hide.
- 04
Automation & Agents
you decide
I build and deploy: automations, integrations, AI agents. AI proposes, you approve — no black boxes, no hidden decisions.
- 05
Maintenance & Testing
optional
I regularly test responses and procedure compliance, catch errors before they reach clients, and develop the system alongside your business.

Use Cases
Where this realistically works.
Example scenarios by industry — the types of problems agents and automations solve most often.
An agent collects shift statuses from the floor and spreadsheets, compiles shift reports, and sends reminders automatically. No more manually chasing "what stage is this at."
An assistant answers customer questions about products based on your knowledge base. Order handling and status updates run automatically.
An agent prepares proposals and meeting summaries while the CRM updates itself. Your sales rep focuses on the conversation, not retyping notes.
Automated client reports instead of late evenings in spreadsheets. A personal agent writes briefs and summaries in your style.
No more copying data between systems. Invoices and documents come in, get categorised, and go where they need to — with human oversight.
Live KPI dashboards and an agent that answers procedure questions — within boundaries you define, with source verification.

Common questions.
Is my data secure?
We work in restricted mode (read-only wherever possible), and access scope is defined during the audit. We do not train models on your data.
How long until the first result?
Discovery and audit take a matter of days. The first working integration is typically around a month — depending on process complexity.
Will AI replace my team?
The opposite — we take the boring, repetitive work off people so they can focus on what requires a human. Decisions always stay with your team: AI proposes, you approve.
What if AI makes a mistake (hallucinations)?
We narrow the data and scope, add verification and source citations. Critical outputs are approved by a human. Deliberate risk management instead of pretending the risk doesn't exist.
Is this compliant with the EU AI Act and GDPR?
Yes — we design for transparency obligations (Article 50) and data protection. Assessing the required documentation is part of the audit.
Do I need to replace my existing systems?
No. We connect to what you already have — CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, Slack, email. The agent becomes a layer on top of your existing tools.
