What it costs
We publish entry prices, because "contact us for a quote" usually means the answer would be uncomfortable. Audits start at €350, a single automation at €470, an AI agent built on your documents at €1,160. The full figure follows the audit — nobody can quote it honestly before that.

Where we work
We work remotely in English across the EU. Berlin has a page of its own, because we spend time on the ground there.
Before you ask
How is this different from hiring a software house?
A software house builds what you order. We start by asking whether it is worth building. Roughly half the processes that reach us "to be automated" stop needing automation once they are simplified — and that is the cheaper outcome.
We are a team of twelve. Are we too small for this?
No. At twelve people, repetitive work usually eats a dozen or more hours a week spread thinly enough that nobody notices the total. That is exactly the size where the first automation pays back fastest.
How long before we see something working?
The audit takes days. The first working automation usually lands within a month, provided we start with one process rather than five.
What happens to our data?
We agree the access scope during the audit and stay inside it. Where the work allows, we operate read-only. We do not train models on your data.
Will this replace people on our team?
We take retyping away from people, not judgement. The agent proposes, a person approves — which is also how the EU AI Act expects higher-risk uses to be built.
