Data controller
managerAI (“we”) is the controller of your personal data. For any question about your data or privacy, contact us at contact@managerai.eu.
What data we collect
This is a static website with no user accounts. We process two categories of data:
- Form data — if you fill in the contact form or sign up for the checklist, we process the name, email address and message you provide, solely to reply to your enquiry.
- Analytics data — if you consent, we collect anonymous traffic statistics through Google Analytics 4 (see below).
Google Analytics 4 and cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to analyse traffic. It only runs after you click “Accept” in the consent banner — until then no analytics cookies are stored and Google’s script is not loaded (Google Consent Mode v2, default “denied”). Once you consent, Analytics sets cookies (such as_ga) and processes a truncated, anonymised version of your IP address (anonymize_ip). We do not link this data to your identity. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Google Signals. As of 14 July 2026 we have enabled Google Signals in Google Analytics 4. If you consent to analytics cookies and are simultaneously signed in to a Google account in the same browser, Google may associate data about your visits to this site with your activity across other devices and Google services you're signed in to. Google Signals enables cross-device reporting and may feed Google's advertising features — including remarketing audiences and interest-based advertising — even though we do not run ads directly on this site ourselves. You can control what data Google uses to personalise ads via your Google Account: Google Ad Settings and Activity controls. Google Signals only activates once you consent to analytics cookies — you can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Microsoft Clarity
We also use Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited / Microsoft Corporation, a US entity) for session recordings and heatmaps, which helps us improve the usability of the site. Like Google Analytics 4, Clarity only loads after you consent in the cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). Cookies used include _clck, _clsk, CLID, ANONCHK,MR, MUID, SM. You can withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Legal basis
- Forms: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR — steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries.
- Analytics: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — your freely given, explicit consent expressed in the cookie banner.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
